CPO Robert Holden is president of the Detroit Chapter of the Chief Petty Officers Association. Scott had just presented CPO Holden with a cash donation
from members of Detroit Lodge No. 7. The donation was in recognition of the CPO Association's efforts to aid a member of the Detroit Air Station,
2nd Class Petty Officer Jennifer Smith, who was severely injured in a knife attack while on vacation in Belize last December.
