Capt. Scott Reynolds, (L) of Lodge 7 and Jeremiah Ludington III (R), who represented the Ludington Family, present the Lewis Ludington Award. This year’s recipient was Capt. Patrick Hart, Past Grand President and member of Lodge 19. Capt. Hart was unable to attend the service due to work commitments, so the award was accepted on his behalf by ISMA Grand Secretary Tom Foster.
